Commication problems on both parties, don't assume...make sure you know exact sizes they are telling you, measure and compare....I feel if this was done it would have come out right. Owning a business myself I would of made it right knowing there was a misunderstanding...to each there own.
I've gone there several times to print out my manuscripts and they were very helpful and the price has always been very reasonable.
