Tracking information not updated in a timely manner. Had an item damaged during shipping and here it is 4 months later and the issue is still not resolved. I will never use fed ex again

Waited 4 days for my package to arrive. I paid for over night shipping. Also on their website it told me they didn't know where my package was. I recommend UPS.
