Awesome service nice group of guys.
Took saw in to have a new cap put on the gas/oil chamber because the one on it was leaking. There was oil in the case because of the leak. Jacks put on a new cap, sharpened the chain and did a full service costing me roughly $58. When I got the saw home and husband looked at it the inside of the case was still full of oil. I called Jacks to see if they left the old oil in the case or if it was leaking again. I was told that they don't clean the oil out of the cases unless asked. Seriously?!?! What happened to good customer service?? Will not be using them for service anymore. Just a little customer service goes a long way.
