UPS customer service is always excellent
I was in a bind. My daughter left her iPad in a rental car at the Riverton Airport, and the company was not willing to pack and ship it back to me in California - argh! Then I called Bobbi at UPS. Bobbi drove to the airport, picked up the iPad, and shipped it to me overnight! Not only did she willingly offer to do this for us, but she wouldn't take anything for it! This UPS Service Center obviously blew my mind. You rock Bobbi!
Service was excellent. I could tell that my needs were important, and the rep was as friendly asa can be. One word of caution, accept that the the delivery drivers are doing their jobs. Don't show up before the delivery had a chance to be delivered.
Customer service was awesome, very open to help. Drivers to my house have also always been awesome as well. Thumbs up
