In 2011, Bott Monument created the memorial for our four year old daughter. Drew was there with us every step of the way, from our initial meeting at the showroom to continued contact over e-mail and phone. Everything was extremely professional, and the creative process for designing the monument was very helpful and almost therapeutic. We were able to be there to see the monument put into place, and the crew have been great about checking up on it when we have had questions. All in all, a great experience! We have recommended Bott Monument several times, and will continue to do so!

His design sketches were fantastic and he completly understood what we wanted. Then when we finally decided for sure what we wanted, he got right on it and kept us in the loop throughout the progress. In the end we ended up with a beautiful stone that is just like we hoped!
