Plains was a fabulous experience. Labor Day weekend they were quite busy, but graciously fit my car in to check out my very low tire. They cooperated as a team and had a positive attitude even though it was the end of the day. Thank you for service with a smile.
This has been my shop for years. Front desk staff is always nice. When meeting the technicians, they are always nice. I just wish they would recognize loyalty and make sure that deals are available to us loyal customers even out of season.

I've been taking vehicles here for at least 10 years. I've never had an awful experience with them. The last time I was in, I needed a tire rotation, and I needed it fast. They had me on the road in plenty of time for me to make it back to Lander to get to work. They're really good about doing a full vehicle check every time I'm in, and letting me know what maintenance is coming up and ferrying me an estimate. I highly recommend Plains Tire!
