Famous footwear is generally a nice place to possibly find some deals on shoes and the service is generally pleasant, however at this location it is not. The "manager" Jordan was extremely rude to me and I am all for younger people having manager roles however the proper training should be given and if they don't portray manager qualities the position should be given to someone else. Unfortunately she is representing a chain and just her attitude put a bad taste in my mouth about Famous Footwears and I don't really think it is a place I would like to give my business to after this distasteful experience.

Famous Footwear anywhere else other than this shitty racist town is great, but Riverton's store's employees are racist, but the majority of the businesses here are along with a portion of the population. Todays experience was nothing new or different from all the other shopping trips around town. Followed all throughout the store, watching employees peeking around corners at you, non stop staring, standing a few feet away behind me, pretending to be helpful with constant questions and hovering. Retouching everything you touched and looked at. And while my "shadow" was trying so hard to be not obvious to her intentions of basically crawling up my damn ass, Another Employee stood guard in front of the front entrance and i mean she was intentionally blocking the doors! I didnt see any of this happening when that old white lady was in the store!!! And so I give it like a -10 based on customer service!!
The one lady that I dealt with was very pleasant and extremely helpful. She dealt with my name and put up with the many shoes I wanted to look at. The other lady that was in there though was not pleasant in the slightest and it's inconvenient that I do not remember names. I will start off by saying that I want a god-awful amount. But the fact that the shoes I bought, Vans low cut, lasted less than 6 months and cost $70. I know that says more about the quality of the shoe, but they do sell the product and it is not worth the amount they ask for.
