Cliffview MHP is one of the nicest parks in Riverton. Well kept, beautiful trees, green grass (free irrigation water for each lot), and overall, a very good place to live. I've been here two years, and have been very pleased by the management and general condition of everything.
Decent sidewalks and streets, friendly management, throughly screened tenants, beautiful landscaping, reasonable rents.

Nice, kept, and clean. Free irrigation in summer for back yards. Only issues are cats on the loose and loud dogs which you can report!
