Being from Texas we love Mexican food. Sol De Mexico Resturant in Riverton, WY was okay, but nothing to write home about. I had the chicken burrito which was very bland. ( Chicken from a can.) Very little green chili sauce or cheese, which might have helped a little with the flavor. Service was kind of surle, but we did arrive 40 minutes before they were closing after their lunch servings.
Good food. Tasty. Big portions.
Great experience. I loved the food and service. The meal was ready really fast allowing my children to eat right away and not become board.
