Our family is now sleeping upstairs in livingroom because septic issues & sewage gases have gotten so bad downstairs!!!!
We had a drain clogged; I called and talked to someone at 12:30 p.m. The lady told me it might be about 3:30 or 4:00 before they could come. They showed up around 3:00 p.m. and had the drain unclogged within a half hour. Thank you for your prompt service!
(I have never had septic before, other plumbers tell me they cant service it)
The first time we used them to suck out our septic tank they left a trail of crap in our garage all the way out side and I called about 20 times for some bioforce and they don't answer my phone calls even after I left a lot of messages don't ever use them
I will NEVER call Carroll Septic again. Poor business practices!
