Their hours are not workable. They need to be in the office more days because of the overflow. Most of the people are of no help and most times are curt, nonhelpful with them shrugging their shoulders. The official web page is a joke. I signed up 3 years ago and have only been able to get on it 4 times. I love it when it says my Social Security number does not exist.

This is the most miserable place ever! The hours are RIDICULOUS! Heaven forbid if they have to work more than 8 hours a week. When you can finally get time off work to match up with their hours, you have to stand in line forever. Then when you finally get to the counter, the most rude person on the planet is there to tell you that what she needs to get you a replacement SS card isn't what their website says. So then you have to figure out how to get another day off work to take what she says you need, only to find out what she said the first time doesn't match up with what she says she needs this time. And then you have johnny bad ass security guard sitting in the corner of the TINY room puffing his chest up and getting in your face any time you disagree with them or you heaven forbid try to talk to somebody on your cell phone while waiting!
Terrible. They have ridiculous hours that almost nobody with a job can accommodate. Literally had to take a day off work to go here to get a replacement SS card. Also, show up early because there was a line to get into the building before it opened. I showed up 5min before opening and I was there for an hour because of people camping outside.
