I do not have a problem with the Riverton Wyoming Lincare office. My problem is with Lincare Corporate. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. The only e-mails that employees can send is to another employee. A customer cannot e-mail Lincare, nor can Lincare e-mail a customer. Just think how that inhibits performance. I also am being treated in Houston Texas. In order to get anything done, I need to contact Riverton Wyoming, who then sends the file to Houston and then I can get service. The corporate pyramid is not set up correctly for customer service.
