Will not work with me, ignore my phone calls and letters and keep sending me bills, with surcharges tacked on.
Quoted me $200-$300 (sprinkler system repair) and slapped me with a bill for $1000.
We had this company come out to our house to service our sprinklers before the first freeze. Thought everything was good to go until we started the sprinklers up this spring and there was a huge puddle in the back yard where a sprinkler pipe busted. My husband called this company and they refuse to return our calls. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
If you get an estimate from this company, make sure it is in WRITING. Then, babysit them every inch of the way and get in writing if there are going to be any additional charges.
This is the most dishonest company I've ever experienced!! We paid them to blow our sprinkler system out. They did a half assed job and our lines froze and broke. Then when we contacted them about the problem, they refuse to do anything about it other than to tell you they can come fix it and charge you for it.
Avoid these guys like the plague. This is the most unprofessional and rude business I've ever dealt with. I've been winterizing the underground sprinklers on my properties for 20 years, and never once had a problem. This past fall I couldn't get an air compressor, so I paid Precision to do it. When spring came around and I turned water on to our sprinklers, I found that they weren't winterized properly and had frozen and therefor had broken pipes. After 3 weeks of trying to talk to somebody about the problem, all Matt kept repeating is that they can't see underground and they do the best they can. But he can come fix it and charge us for it. And also after they didn't do the work correctly, they finally sent us a bill about 4 months after they did it, and tried to accuse us of not paying the bill for 4 months. After arguing with him for a while and him refusing to do anything about it, he just hung up the phone. Also, after telling somebody else I know about the problem I had with them, he told me that he had Precision come turn there sprinkler system on for the summer and tried to force his young daughter to sign the bill before they left. Luckily she was smart enough not to sign the $800 bill they had. When he found out he confronted them and said he would pay it but he needed to know what they did to justify that high of a bill. He said they never could answer his question.
My sprinkler system was fixed to my satisfaction. I had a question about my bill and when I called they fixed that too. Overall good experience.
