Dr. Joe Turner is fantastic. A very knowledgeable and kind doctor who is willing to listen to you and give you an accurate diagnosis and treatment. He is my favorite family doctor I've ever had. That being said, the accounting dept. leaves something to be desired. I paid a bill (outrageously high, by the way) in MAY, when I was billed. Was billed again, and told I did not pay the bill, so I paid it again. When I was told a THIRD time that the bill wasn't paid, and that they were sending it to collections, I double checked my account (because I KNEW it had been paid) and obviously found that I had paid twice, so I sent copies of the statements in as proof that the bill was paid twice. Was told that I would receive a check for the additional money that I paid, but have not received such a check. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I or a family member have been billed more than once when our bills were already paid as soon as we received them. Love the service received from my doctor, but dealing with the billing department just causes a bigger headache than I initially walk into the office with.
Their accounts employee is an irritatating douche canoe that speaks to clients like they are 5 years old. Her people skills are sorely lacking and she is verbally aggressive even when asked politely to reassess her attitude. If you owe this clinic any money, be prepared to be bombarded with verbal judo.
I had a procedure done by Dr. Bender. They found pre-cancerous polyps and was going to schedule a surgery to remove them. That was 2 months ago. I left 4 messages which no one returned. My primary Dr. called and talked to him in person and he said he would talk with me that Friday. That was over a month ago. Very, very disappointed in this Dr.
