The worst, make a back up plan. Arrived on a Friday mid morning to pick up my reserved car and the office was closed with no one there to help me. Called the number on top of the desk and no one answered. Had to drive to Casper to get a rental - 2 hours away.

Nope nope nope.... Use Jim's Aircraft service, they have cars and they actually answer the phone and want your business. I'm not sure what's going on with this agency, but they are not awesome. Please answer your phone if you're going to leave a number for customers to call on an unmanned counter. You'd think that when an aircraft lands that would be the best time to rent a car.... these folks apparently don't think so. Sad.
Nothing bad to say about my recent rental from Hertz at RIW...they had my car ready/full of fuel/and ready to go. Thank you Hertz!!
